We will provide members with comprehensive roadside assistance as a result of a roadside emergency.
This service is available for private vehicles 24/7/365 days a year.
This service is available in all major metropolitan areas of South Africa.
The following benefits are on an access only basis:
1. Emergency telephonic advice and information – 24/7
2. Referrals to medical practitioners and facilities
3. Liaison with next of kin to keep them informed.
In addition to the general medical advice service, medical operators will guide a person through a medical crisis involving the member.
This service includes referrals to Crisis lines in case of:
1. Poison Hotline – In House
2. Suicide Hotline – Lifeline
3. Rape and HIV Counselling
4. Family and Domestic Abuse
5. Child Abuse
6. Bereavement Counselling
The Home Assistance programme provides assistance to the member when they are involved in a Home Emergency.
With Home Assist, you have access to the following services:

3. Electricians
4. Locksmiths

Mobi-Tutor is an interactive online platform that connects learners with a tutor from the convenience of their own phone or computer, anywhere,
in real time.
Learners can share voice-notes, homework imagery and access content such as: past-papers, memorandums, explanatory notes, videos and textbooks. Learners can also test their knowledge with multiple questions and mock tests.
Tutor Line provides an after-hours homework helpline where qualified tutors assist learners with their homework or project queries.
The benefits are that children have access to the very best homework help and study requirements. This offers the opportunity to adapt gradually to the changing education curriculum and ensure that the children are receiving the very latest information and assistance.
Assistance is offered to learners from Grade 1 to Grade 12 in English from Sunday to Thursday 18:00-21:00.
